Daniel provides face-to-face appointments in a large and natural light-filled consultation room in Robina on the Gold Coast. Telehealth (video and phone consultations) is also available. Daniel provides treatment for clients aged 16 years and older.
Daniel provides psychological services under Medicare, Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA), WorkCover QLD, Open Arms, the Queensland Police Service (QPS) self-refer program, and the NDIS.

Fees and Referrals
Appointments are generally for 50 minutes and cost $250, payable on the day of the appointment. Clients who have a referral and Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from their GP are eligible for a $145.25 Medicare rebate, which leaves an out-of-pocket expense of $104.75 per session.
Clients receiving Centrelink payments as their only form of income and holding a valid health care or concession card can be bulk-billed under Medicare.
Daniel also sees clients under various funding schemes with no gap fees such as DVA, Open Arms, WorkCover QLD, the QPS self-refer program, and the NDIS for self and plan-managed participants.
GP or psychiatrist referrals can be received via email or Medical Objects (Medicare provider number 4992845Y). If you have been provided with a paper copy of your referral you are welcome to scan and email or text a photo of each page to the practice mobile phone number.
Daniel currently takes appointments during business hours only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Appointments can be booked after your referral has been received. Please feel free to enquire about availability or book an appointment via phone, email, or text message. Phone calls can generally be returned within one business day.
Treatment Services
Daniel sees clients aged 16 years and older. He has a particular interest in treating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and often utilises Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy as part of treatment. Daniel often works with military veterans and first responders such as police officers. Other therapies provided include dynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
In addition to PTSD, Daniel can assist with problems including depression, anxiety, drug or alcohol problems, grief, and emotional distress related to traumatic experiences. He also has extensive experience working with those struggling with chronic psychotic illnesses such as schizophrenia.
Daniel provides counselling under the NDIS for participants needing help with the impact of conditions such as schizophrenia, autism, and acquired brain injuries.
Daniel does not provide therapy for eating disorders. He also does not provide medico-legal assessments or any court-related documents such as letters or affidavits.
